BRIEF
S-Tower by Sobha is a 55-level residential tower located in Al Sufouh Second, Dubai, close to Sheikh Zayed Road. The project required targeted strengthening works to key structural elements to accommodate repurposing of the development.
Venus carried out a range of structural strengthening works, including CFRP strip installation, jacketing, slab thickening, and the construction of new drop caps. These works were applied to post-tensioned slabs, beams, and columns, with careful coordination required to align with the building’s structural system and design requirements.
