Jasmine Lane Townhouse Complex is a villa development located in Jumeirah Golf Estates, Dubai. The project required structural extensions to upgrade the existing townhouse units and improve their functionality.
The works were designed to meet both functional and aesthetic requirements, with structural additions carefully integrated into the existing villas.
Venus designed and executed structural steel and sandwich panel works, slab extensions, and CFRP wrapping to strengthen selected beams as part of the townhouse upgrade works.
