The Opus Tower is a prominent residential development in Business Bay, Dubai. The project required roof-level structural works to support additional loads and provide coverage for mechanical and engineering equipment.
The works were intended to improve the functional use of the roof area while ensuring that the additional loading and service requirements were properly supported.
Venus carried out new foundation works and reinstated structural steel elements to support the required structural upgrades and roof-level modifications.
