Bvlgari Hotel & Residences is a prestigious development in Jumeirah, Dubai. The Bvlgari Promenade required structural strengthening works to enable proposed architectural modifications across selected areas of the project.
The works involved both vertical and horizontal structural elements, allowing new openings, extensions, and architectural changes to be implemented while maintaining the structural performance of the development.
Venus designed and executed strengthening works including slab openings strengthened with CFRP strips and new beams, construction of a new attic slab, structural steel works, and CFRP wrapping to columns.
