BRIEF
H.H. The Ruler’s Court, also referred to as the Diwan Project, is a two-storey building located in Al Fahidi, Bur Dubai. The building once served as an official hall for His Highness Sheikh Rashid Al Maktoum and carries important historical and governmental significance.
A comprehensive renovation was undertaken to preserve and restore the building while maintaining its original character and ensuring it remained in excellent condition for continued use.
Venus carried out strengthening works using conventional reinforced concrete jacketing to columns, slab thickening, and CFRP strengthening using strips, anchors, and wraps for selected structural members.
