Hanza Hotel is a 4-star hotel building located in Al Barsha First, Dubai. The building comprises three basement levels, a ground floor, six typical floors, a roof level, and a new additional upper roof floor with a swimming pool.
The project required both structural strengthening and new construction works to support the additional floor and revised building requirements.
Venus carried out reinforced concrete column jacketing, slab thickening, construction of new beams, and CFRP strengthening using strips, anchors, and wraps. We also constructed the additional floor, including slabs, beams, columns, and core walls.
