BRIEF
Innovation Hub Phase 2 is in Dubai Internet City and forms part of a major business and technology-focused development. The project required rectification and structural strengthening works to accommodate changes in design.
The strengthening works were necessary to ensure the building met updated requirements and performance standards following the design revisions.
Venus carried out slab thickening, drop cap works, and CFRP wrapping to strengthen selected structural elements and support the revised design requirements.
