The Dorchester Hotel project in Business Bay is a luxury commercial and residential development requiring high-quality structural modifications to support bespoke apartment layouts and client-specific design requirements.
The works included upgrades within luxury apartment areas, involving steel structural frames and custom steel staircases to accommodate revised layouts and utility modifications while maintaining the intended architectural finish.
Venus carried out structural steel canopy and mezzanine works, installed CFRP strips, and completed beam jacketing works to support the required structural upgrades and maintain overall building integrity.
