Msheireb Phase 1B is a commercial and residential building project located in Doha, Qatar. Structural strengthening works were required to address identified deficiencies and ensure the continued safety and integrity of the building.
The works focused on improving the capacity of selected structural areas while maintaining the building’s functional and operational requirements.
Venus carried out CFRP strip strengthening to existing slabs and constructed drop caps to enhance the performance and integrity of the affected structural elements.
